How to order

No account, no app and no phone call needed. Most customers finish in under ten minutes.

  1. Choose your crackersOpen the order page and add products or a ready-made gift box. Every product shows its MRP next to your price.
  2. Place the orderEnter your name, WhatsApp number, address and the pickup point nearest you. The minimum order is ₹5,000, and the lorry charge is shown before you confirm. You get an Order ID and your order-status link straight away.
  3. Pay the exact amountPay from your own UPI app or bank to Sivakasi Enterprises: PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, any UPI ID or bank transfer. The details appear with your order and on our payment details page.
  4. Send the proofEnter the UPI transaction ID on your order-status page and WhatsApp the screenshot with your Order ID to +91 79045 67729.
  5. We verify and dispatchPayments are verified at 11 am and 7 pm every day. Paid orders are packed and put on the lorry in the order they are paid, and your order-status page shows each step.

Before Diwali, or your money back. Order and pay by Tuesday 20 October and your crackers arrive before Diwali (Sunday 8 November 2026), or you get a full refund.
