How do I order?
Add products on the order page, place the order, pay from your own UPI app or bank and send us the payment proof. See how to order.

Yes, ₹5,000.
How do I pay?
By PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, any UPI ID or bank transfer, straight to Sivakasi Enterprises. See payment details.
Why is there no card or online payment option?
Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so this website is for you to see the products we have and send us an enquiry. We contact you after your enquiry, and you pay us directly from your own UPI app or bank.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Lorries carry only fully paid orders.
How do I know you received my payment?
Enter the UPI transaction ID on your order-status page. We verify payments at 11 am and 7 pm every day and confirm by email and WhatsApp.

Where do you deliver in UP?
To 26 lorry pickup points across Uttar Pradesh, from Ghaziabad and Agra to Gorakhpur and Ghazipur. See pickup points. There is no home delivery.
When is the last date to order for Diwali?
Tuesday 20 October 2026. Orders paid by then arrive before Diwali, or are refunded in full.
How much is delivery?
From ₹990 per order, rising to ₹1,500–2,000 closer to Diwali. The exact charge is shown before you confirm. Free above ₹25,000.
How do I track my order?
Use your personal order-status link. It shows payment, packing and dispatch, and your LR number once the parcel is booked.

What if my order does not arrive before Diwali?
If you ordered and paid by 20 October, we refund the full amount.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel before dispatch. Delivered orders cannot be returned, because fireworks cannot be sent back by transport. See our refund policy.
