Fireworks cannot be sent back through transport, so delivered orders cannot be returned. We refund you in full whenever we cannot deliver what you paid for, or when a Diwali order paid by 20 October misses Diwali.

Full refund

• Your Diwali order misses Diwali. You ordered and paid by 20 October and the parcel does not reach your pickup point before Diwali.
• Your paid order is not delivered. If a parcel is lost in transit, we investigate with the transport company and refund you in full.
• We cannot fulfil your order for any reason on our side.

Out-of-stock items

If a product runs out, we contact you before dispatch and offer a similar product of equal value, or refund that item. In gift boxes, an unavailable item is replaced with one of equal or higher value.

Damaged items

Take photos of the parcel before opening it and WhatsApp them with your Order ID to +91 99940 19299 within 24 hours of collection. After checking with the transport company, we replace or refund the damaged items.

Cancellations

• You can cancel a paid order before it is dispatched. A 15% cancellation fee is deducted from the refund to cover packing and handling.
• Once the parcel is booked on a lorry, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

Not refundable

• Delivered orders, including opened or used products.
• Orders placed after 20 October that arrive after Diwali.
• Delays caused by wrong address or phone details, or a parcel not collected from the transport office.
• Charges paid directly to the transport office, such as door delivery or storage.

How refunds are paid

By UPI or bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 working days of approval. We share the transaction reference on WhatsApp.
