Refund Policy for Uttarpradesh.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Uttarpradesh.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Please note that all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
